For more information on the requirements to become a BCaBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, visit the BACB website. Our clinical team provides all BCaBA Supervisors-in-training with the required on-going supervision.

| Demonstrates proficiency on Supervisor-in-training assessment (WBS) | Team meeting/monthly data analysis and preparation |
| FBI/DOJ clearance | Report writing |
| Negative TB test | Maintain confidentiality at all times |
| Legal to work in the United States | Maintain professional and positive demeanor at all times |
| Current driver’s license/auto insurance | Respond positively to feedback provided by supervisors/directors |
| Participate in administrative duties given by BCBA Supervisor or Director |
