For more information on the requirements to become a BCaBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, visit the BACB website. Our clinical team provides all BCaBA Supervisors-in-training with the required on-going supervision.

REQUIREMENTSDUTIES
Bachelor’s degreeAll of RBT duties
Enrolled in a BCBA certification program/Master’s degree program (at least 3 courses completed)Conduct supervision of behavior technicians with clients where funding allows
Active RBT or BCaBA Conduct parent training where funding allows
At least 1 year of ABA experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilitiesAssist with assessments
Demonstrates proficiency on Supervisor-in-training assessment (WBS)Team meeting/monthly data analysis and preparation
FBI/DOJ clearanceReport writing
Negative TB testMaintain confidentiality at all times
Legal to work in the United StatesMaintain professional and positive demeanor at all times
Current driver’s license/auto insuranceRespond positively to feedback provided by supervisors/directors
Participate in administrative duties given by BCBA Supervisor or Director
