For more information on the requirements to become an RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, visit the BACB website. Our clinical team provides all employees in the process of becoming an RBT with the required on-site training, assessment, and ongoing supervision.

| Legal to work in the USA | Respond positively to feedback provided by supervisor/director |
| Current driver's license and auto insurance | Maintain confidentiality at all times |
| 40 hours of RBT training certificate | Maintain professional and positive demeanor at all times |
| Proficiency on RBT competency assessment | Train (i.e., describe and model) new behavior technicians on cases |
| Pass the BACB RBT competency exam | Monthly data summaries |
