REQUIREMENTSDUTIES
Master’s degree with BCBA certificationAll of Supervisor-in-training duties
1-year experience in the Supervisor-in-training position,
in home and school settings
Maintain/modify programming and behavior plans
Demonstrates proficiency on BCBA supervisor Level 1 Assessment (WBS)Regular data analysis of all protocols for each client
Experience playing/working with children 6-month report writing for each client
FBI/DOJ clearanceConduct assessments for new clients
Negative TB testConduct regular treatment integrity and IOA data
Legal to work in the United StatesConduct RBT trainings and supervision
Current driver’s license/auto insuranceParticipate in administrative duties given by Director
