For more information on the requirements to become an RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, visit the BACB website.  Our clinical team provides all employees in the process of becoming an RBT with the required on-site training, assessment, and ongoing supervision.

REQUIREMENTSGENERAL DUTIES
High school diplomaDirect treatment in home/school settings
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, working towards a BA/BSCommunity outings
Experience playing/working with childrenFollow/implement behavior plans
FBI/DOJ clearanceImplement protocols as outlined
Negative TB testTake data in logbook or electronic device
Legal to work in the USARespond positively to feedback provided by supervisor/director
Current driver's license and auto insuranceMaintain confidentiality at all times
40 hours of RBT training certificateMaintain professional and positive demeanor at all times
Proficiency on RBT competency assessmentTrain (i.e., describe and model) new behavior technicians on cases
Pass the BACB RBT competency examMonthly data summaries
